"After getting little to no help from my previous local agent, I reached the point where I felt like I had to look outside my state just to find someone willing to actually help me. That’s when I ended up working with Ted at State Farm, and the difference in service was immediate. The same day the transfer to his office went through, Ted personally reached out to introduce himself and make sure everything was set up correctly. He took the time to review my policies in detail, answer my questions, and walk through options that my previous agent had never even mentioned. Not only did he quickly handle the changes I needed, but he also recommended a few adjustments that ended up helping me both financially in the short term and by improving my coverage moving forward. It was clear he actually cared about making sure things were set up the right way rather than just processing paperwork. What really stood out was how responsive and proactive he was. After struggling just to get basic communication from my previous agent, having someone immediately step in, take ownership of the situation, and genuinely help was a huge relief. It honestly shouldn’t take going out of state to find this level of service, but I’m very glad I found Ted. If you’re looking for an insurance agent who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly helpful, I highly recommend working with him."

"Ted, with the guidance from Candice were hands down fantastic. Ted worked very hard to make sure my wife and I knew all of our options. He worked around our schedule to give us the calls and information. A simple call to us asking us if our auto insurance coverage was adequate levels led to us getting life insurance that is not dependent on employment, as well as switching our homeowners insurance. Not only was the new coverage better coverage but it also saved my wife and I a few hundred dollars per year. I would definitely recommend Candice and her team from State Farm.
